Synopsis:
In order to obtain a green card , Noura, an aspiring artist, secretly marries Daniel, her gay, American best friend. Everything seems to be going as planned until Fareez, her conservative father, shows up unannounced and propels Noura’s double life toward disaster.
Director's Bio:
Nadia Hamzeh received a degree in acting from the Academy of Dramatic Arts in her hometown of Damascuss, then moved to the United States and earned her master’s degree in directing from Chapman University. She won a student Emmy for best comedy from the American Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for her film Fiasco.
